Onze abonnementsbox is een behoefte voor iedereen die geïnteresseerd is in spiritualiteit 🔮 Of je nu net begint met het leren over de onderwerpen die je leuk vindt of al een praktiserende heks bent, deze box dekt het allemaal! 🌿

Deze boxen zijn elke keer gebaseerd op een ander thema, dus maak je geen zorgen dat je steeds weer dezelfde spullen krijgt 🫣 Enkele voorbeelden? Dingen zoals; natuur, stressvermindering, eigenliefde, bescherming, … de lijst gaat maar door (maar we willen het niet allemaal verpesten 🤫)

De eerste box die je ontvangt is een welkomstbox, niet gebaseerd op een bepaald thema maar gewoon een “ontdekkingsbox”! Bevat een grote verscheidenheid aan producten waarmee u aan de slag kunt.

Weet je nog niet veel over de spirituele wereld? Geen zorgen! In elke box zit alle info die je nodig hebt ✨ Van instructies voor het maken van een spelljar tot de eigenschappen van kristallen, want wij zien onze boxen ook als leerervaring! 👀

When Can I Expect My Box

Every first order (welcomebox) will be shipped within 1-5 business days. 

All subscription boxes will be shipped out around the 15th of the month after your billing (billing always happens on the 25th).

For example (for the monthly subscription):

You sign up on the 3rd of July, you will receive your welcomebox after a few days.

Your next billing is on the 25th of July and your box is shipped out around the 15th of August (this will be the August Box).

After that box your next billing will take place on the 25th of August and your box is shipped on the 15th of September (September Box)

The time of arrival depends on the carrier. Incase you have any questions about that, please contact us.

Shipping confirmation & tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation as well as a tracking code by e-mail. Every order is shipped with tracking! Didn't receive an e-mail after 5 business days? Please let us know so we can investigate! (The e-mail could also be in your spambox)

Manage Your Subscription

You can manage (pause, cancel,..) your subscription in your customer account.

We recommend making a customer account before you sign up for your subscription, but no worries if you already subscribed without an account!

How to manage your subscription:

1. Log in or make a customer account using the same e-mail of your subscription

2. Go to 'manage subscriptions'

3. Here you can pause, cancel, skip a box, add a subscription, change your payment method,... . If you need any extra assistance with anything, don't hesitate to reach out!
