Processing

Every first order (welcomebox) will be shipped within 1-5 business days. 

All subscription boxes will be shipped out the 15th of the month after your payment (always on the 25th).

For example (for the 2-monthly subscription):

You sign up on the 3rd of July, you will receive your welcomebox after a few days. Your next billing is the 25th of July and your box is shipped on the 15th of August.
After that box your next billing will take place on the 25th of September and your box is shipped on the 15th of October.

If you have a monthly subscription, you will be billed every month on the 25th and receive your box on the 15th (of the following month).

The time of arrival depends on the carrier. Incase you have any questions about that, please contact us.

Shipping confirmation & tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation as well as a tracking code by e-mail. Every order is shipped with tracking! Didn't receive an e-mail after 5 business days? Please let us know so we can investigate! (The e-mail could also be in your spambox)
