These boxes are based on different themes every time, so don’t worry about getting the same stuff over and over again 🫣 Some examples? Things like; nature, stress-relief, self-love, protection, … the list goes on (but we wouldn’t want to spoil it all 🤫)
The first box you will receive is a welcome box, not based on a certain theme but just a “discovery” box! Includes a wide variety of products for you to get started.

When Can I Expect My Box
When Can I Expect My Box
Every first order (welcomebox) will be shipped within 1-5 business days.
All subscription boxes will be shipped out around the 15th of the month after your billing (billing always happens on the 25th).
For example (for the monthly subscription):
You sign up on the 3rd of July, you will receive your welcomebox after a few days.
Your next billing is on the 25th of July and your box is shipped out around the 15th of August (this will be the August Box).
After that box your next billing will take place on the 25th of August and your box is shipped on the 15th of September (September Box)
The time of arrival depends on the carrier. Incase you have any questions about that, please contact us.
Shipping confirmation & tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation as well as a tracking code by e-mail. Every order is shipped with tracking! Didn't receive an e-mail after 5 business days? Please let us know so we can investigate! (The e-mail could also be in your spambox)

You can manage (pause, cancel,..) your subscription in your customer account.
We recommend making a customer account before you sign up for your subscription, but no worries if you already subscribed without an account!
How to manage your subscription:
1. Log in or make a customer account using the same e-mail of your subscription
2. Go to 'manage subscriptions'
3. Here you can pause, cancel, skip a box, add a subscription, change your payment method,... . If you need any extra assistance with anything, don't hesitate to reach out!

I love the boxes, it’s a surprise every time. The content inside is great and it’s always something new
I was really happy with the box. The items are amazing and so useful. :)
The welcome box contained stuff I already have so I was a bit disappointed. Glad that they included a ritual though, it was nice. I was hoping to get a cauldron or things that are a bit more practical. Liked the incense though. Hoping the next boxes will be more useful.

Great and well thought out subscription box. I even like it more now because they started to add more information on paper and not just online with a QR code. I can then paste the information into my grimoire.
